About shipping

How to ship?

We only use EMS in shipping, no other options. EMS is a top-priority mail by airfreight supported by a reliable tracing system.
(See below) You can track and trace your order with the EMS item (shipping) number at Japan Post's official site: http://www.post.yusei.go.jp/new-eng/ems2.htm.
After we finish a necessary shipping procedure for your address, we will inform you by email of the EMS item number so that you can track and trace.
Please note that there are some areas outside of which EMS cannot deliver. Be sure to let us know the address or the name of the country and the city in case of order or inquiry. There are also some goods unable to be delivered to some areas due to EMS regulations of the size of a parcel.

About returns
