About Returns
For the exchange and return is needed, please read the following policy carefully.
When you return the product to us, please contact us by telephone or email within 7 days.
Once the product is returned to store, we will exchange it for you within 8 days
Condition for returns or exchange
When there is damage in the commodity which we deliver, please contact us with the mail or the telephone.
We will send you the no damage product back to you as soon as possible. please acknowledge
that we may not be able to return it quickly due to the exchange product is sold out, need
to repair or repayment correspondence.
The returns and the exchange with the other products
When delivered products are differ from the one which you desired. If it is the unused,
you may return and exchange it for other products. In case of returns and exchange with other products,
the delivery cost will be paid by customer.
After the product is returned to us, we will return you with your desirable product within 7 days.
